Planning has been submitted for Midhope Castle Distillery at the Hopetoun Estate.
Truly unique projects are a joy to work on and Midhope Distillery certainly fits that category. We were delighted to see the project reach an important milestone this week with the Planning Application being submitted. An incredible setting, alongside Midhope Castle, or “Lallybroch” as fans of Outlander might better know it, the drams distilled here will have an interesting and enduring story to tell!
