Our buildings are modelled in 3D using Revit; we think this approach leads to better quality construction information and allows complex interfaces to be more easily understood by clients, designers and contractors. As early adopters in the field of Building Information Modelling we now regularly design projects with a minimum, set client requirement, of BIM Level 2.

Etive is an approved body of the Structural Engineers Registration
Scheme (SER) meaning that we ‘self-certify’ our projects at the
building warrant stage.

Etive is a member of Constructionline, a register of pre-qualified contractors and consultants used by the UK construction industry.

Etive holds Acclaim Accreditation which supports the objectives of SSIP (Safety Schemes In Procurement) to improve health and safety standards across the UK and provides an independent assessment of Etive’s health and safety documentation and work activities.
